Write the names of all roles you no longer claim.
Speak them aloud: “I release this contract.”

Sit naked for 5 minutes.
Breathe without naming the breath.
Call to the Queen who sees through lies—Rena, or Meandra.
Sleep without armor.
Let what is not yours be gone.
Let what cannot survive truth be seen.

Unbinding is not instant clarity. It is temporary disorientation followed by soul reordering.
